Reservations and Payments
A 50% tour Cost, per person deposit is required to secure your reservation for land programs. To secure reservations on a trip departing within 60 days, full payment by credit card is required at the time of your reservations. Final payment for programs is due 60 days prior to departure and must be made by check, money order or credit card.
Tour prices are per person and based on double occupancy.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations notified 60 days or more in advance of the scheduled departure date receive a refund of 70% of the total tour price.
Cancellations notified less than 60 days from the departure date, no shows and cancellations received after the departure date receive no refund.

Canceled Trips
RPT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason. group members who have already made deposits will be given options that may include: operating the trip with fewer participants at a higher price; the chance to transfer to another departure or different program without penalty; or to receive a full refund of all monies paid to our office.
Should logistical problems, political circumstances, natural disasters, and/or other events and situations occur that may impede the normal, safe operation of a tour.

Insurance
Travel insurance is essential for any international travel. RPT insists that all clients arrive with the appropriate international travel insurance. The insurance package must include full medical cover, including repatriation, and must cover our itinerary activities, personal liability and belongings. including coverage for trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage, and emergency evacuation. RPT cannot be responsible for these expenses.

Group Size
All RPT trips and their extensions are limited to no more than 12 passengers. All trips and trip extensions require a minimum number of 6 participants to operate. We reserve the right to cancel any trip or trip extension that does not reach a minimum level of participation. .

Prices
Each tour has a standard price per person, with a maximum capacity of 12 guests and minimum number of 6 participants to operate.

Passports and Visas
A valid passport is required on all RPT trips. Non-U.S. citizens are advised to contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements pertaining to their adventure.

Smoking Policy
For your safety as well as that of your companions, smoking is not permitted in buses or cars, in Botes, and at most jungle lodges, nor is smoking allowed inside tents while camping. Stops will be made on over landing segments during which smoking will be allowed outside of the vehicle.
